- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- No. The 90-day free trial gives you full platform access with no payment method required. You only need to subscribe when the trial ends and you want to continue past the Free plan limits.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. All your data is preserved — nothing is deleted. You can activate a paid subscription at any time to unlock higher limits.
- Are there fees beyond the monthly subscription?
- Yes. A ₦150 platform fee applies per contribution recorded, and a ₦250 platform fee applies per subscription transaction. These are displayed clearly before any payment is confirmed.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new limits take effect immediately. If you downgrade, your existing data is preserved but actions that exceed the lower plan's limits will be blocked until usage falls within those limits.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Your account enters a 7-day grace period with full access maintained. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the account reverts to the Free plan. No data is lost.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
